DELTA runs capacity-building training programs for NGOs, civil society organizations and faith-based groups in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia.
DELTA promotes people’s critical awareness of their situations and problems and enables them to take part in the decisions and actions that affect their lives and their communities.
DELTA’s programs are rooted in the participatory philosophy of Paulo Freire and are linked with a worldwide ‘Training for Transformation’ network in over forty countries.
